This article could be read as an argument for why the US needs copyright reform more than Canada does. And yet numerous international trade and copyright organizations (ie. WIPO, ACTA, Canada/EU FTA, WTO, etc.) are putting the pressure on Canada as a rogue nation and piracy haven.
