Canvas2Image is a small library that saves a WHATWG canvas element as a bitmap.

ZingChart not only provides a wide range of attractive HTMl5 and Flash charts, but also PNG export. The export had some label placement bugs in the demo, but this looks promising. The charts configuration is formatted in JSON.
